  • Room rates are quoted in Malaysia Ringgit.
  • All reservation to be guaranteed by a credit card - payment will be charged upon booking received.
  • For guaranteed booking - in event of no-show all payment will be forfeited.
  • For non-guaranteed booking - room will be hold 96 hrs prior to arrival date. After which, it is subject to availability.
  • Hotel check-in time is 1500hrs. To guarantee early check-in before 1500hrs, one room night charges will be incurred.
  • Check-out time is 1200 noon, any request for late check-out is subject to room availability and is chargeable.
  • Guaranteed early arrival should be reserved the night before and charged accordingly.
