Dear Fellow Rotarians,
Greetings from the Rotary Club of Pontian & Rotary Club of Singapore West!
The District 3310 will hold its 28th DISTAS aka President-Elect Training Seminar & District Training Assembly on 15th~18th March, 2018 at Holiday Villa, Johor Bahru.
The DISTAS 2018 is an excellent training for incoming club officers and committee chairs including President-Elect; Secretary; Treasurer; Foundation; Membership; Public Relations; Community Service; International Service; Vocational Service; and Youth Service. DISTAS also provides opportunities for all Rotarians to broaden their Rotary knowledge and experience.
The aim is for club presidents-elect to develop leadership skills; other incoming club leaders learn their new responsibilities; and other club leaders refine goals for their incoming year.
Several great speakers including the Guest-of-Honor, Past RI Director (RY2014-16) Guiller E. Tumangan from the Rotary Club of Makati West, Rizal, Philippines have been invited to deliver interesting topics.
Start making your plans now to attend the DISTAS 2018. Register before 15th January, 2018 to take the advantage of early bird savings, especially the package offered to the presidents-elect.

笨珍扶轮社与新加坡西区扶轮社向大家问候！
国际扶轮3310地区将在2018年3月15日至18日假柔佛州新山假日别墅酒店举行第28届DISTAS又名社长当选人训练研习会(PETS)和地区训练研习会(DISTAS).
DISTAS 2018是针对即将上任的扶轮社执委, 包括社长当选人, 秘书, 财政以及基金, 会员, 公共关系, 社区服务, 国际服务, 职业服务和青少年服务委员会主席的良好培训.
我们的目标是为社长当选人拓展领导方面的技能, 其他即将上任的社领导将能学习新的职责, 以及其他社领导人为他们的新扶轮年度完善目标. 地区训练研习会也提供机会给所有扶轮社员拓宽他们的扶轮知识与体验.
有几位杰出的演讲嘉宾受邀发表有趣的课题, 包括大会贵宾, 来自菲律宾马卡地西区扶轮社的Guiller E. Tumangan
